I suppose, after all the money I spent in New York, I can't complain about Steve HAVING to buy Carter an
official (no street vendors, it had to be legit, apparently) Yankees jersey. I'm seriously not even going to tell you the price because you don't deserve to snort whatever you're drinking out your nose - I realize that's a very uncomfortable thing to do, especially when it's on accident.
Steve explained to Carter, "I got you a Derek Jeter shirt because Jeter's not a cheater." And then he went on to tell Carter about the dangers and ethical ramifications of steroids while Carter looked at him with knowing eyes, and then at the end he said in the most reassuring tone, "that's right, Dad. Nice job."
